Comfort Care Atlantic’s Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) focuses on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to promote independence, dignity, and person-centered care. This includes, but is not limited to, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), community integration, behavioral support, and habilitation services in compliance with 40 TAC Chapter 9, Subchapter D. We do not provide skilled nursing or professional therapy services unless specified in an Individual Plan of Care (IPC) and approved within the HCS waiver program.
