Comfort Care Atlantic provides Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), promoting independence, dignity, and community integration.

We are based at 3503 Tall Sycamore Trl, Katy, Texas, serving individuals and families with compassionate, person-centered care.

Our services are designed for individuals with IDD who qualify for the HCS waiver program. Eligibility is determined based on state guidelines and individual needs.

  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – Personal care, meal prep, and mobility support.

No, we do not provide skilled nursing or professional therapy services unless specified in an Individual Plan of Care (IPC) and approved under the HCS waiver program.
